Participated in as a lecturer in the course (training of employees for the development of human capabilities), which was held for the period (18/2 / 2018-1 / 3/2018) in the Center for Continuing Education. The course aims to train the participants to be qualified trainers in the field of human capacity development by acquiring knowledge, skills and qualifications, identifying the types of training methods, designing appropriate programs, formulating goals correctly, how to deal with critical situations in training, then a small workshop was help.
