The Department of Computer Sciences hold its scientific activity for the new academic year 2015-2016 by a scientific symposium with the presence of Dr. Alaa Abdul Hassan Attia and Dr. Alia Kareem Abdul-Hassan, which was held at the hall discussion in the department on Wednesday 11/11/2015 . The seminar consisted of two parts with the first part contained on a lecture delivered by Dr. Abdul Amir Abdullah about the concept of Virtual Reality and included the following topics:

• Virtual Reality
• Augmented Reality
• irtual Reality Applications in Surgery, Medical Training, e-commerce, Digital Fashion and Digital Dressing Rooms

The second part of the symposium delivered by Dr. Hanaa Mohsen was on the topic of E-Forensics and method of hiding data and methods of detection which includes the following topics:

• E-Forensics
• Steganography
• Secret Communications
